Create once, list across platforms
RAID lets your team organise product names, descriptions, specs, images, prices and BBD (best-before date) once, then load them into chosen stores and platforms. AI can write titles, descriptions and English translations in batches and optimise product images. Content is written only to the RAID product master and can be reviewed before listing, so there is less updating and uploading in each back end.

Challenge
Every new sales platform adds another back end where product data must be created and updated.
The same product may have different titles, SKUs or packaging descriptions on different platforms. Product data is spread across several platform back ends, and the same information has to be entered again and again. When new stock arrives at the warehouse, titles and descriptions still have to be written item by item, so products go on sale later.
Approach
Organise product data once in RAID, then load it into the stores and platforms you choose.
Existing catalogues can be batch-imported with platform templates, such as the HKTVmall full-field product export file. Before import, the system checks the platform's required fields and lists errors by row, and importing again does not create duplicate products. For Shopify, you can batch-list from a CSV or the RAID catalogue; each result is listed, and failed items show the reason returned by the platform. AI can write titles and descriptions in batches. Content is written only to the RAID product master and is listed only after human approval.

RAID AI · AI batch and product matching
AI batch-writes titles, descriptions and English versions, and helps match existing platform listings.
Use AI Studio to write new titles and descriptions for products in batches, then download the Excel file. It can also generate English translations and optimise product images (white-background or lifestyle shots). When linking existing platform listings, RAID first hard-matches by Barcode, then uses AI title matching to fill the gaps, mapping each listing to the physical product.

AI writes only to the RAID product master and does not list automatically. Your team checks content before it is used, and AI batch features use RAID COIN. The 91% accuracy quoted for AI product matching is an internal benchmark; actual results depend on product data quality. All AI matching suggestions need human approval before they are applied.
