One-click BBD sync
One-click BBD (best-before date) sync lets HKTVmall merchants upload their current warehouse stock sheet. RAID matches products to HKTVmall SKUs by Barcode and lists the BBDs that need updating. Product data in the chosen store is updated only after your team reviews and confirms the change list.

Challenge
The warehouse records the BBD, but HKTVmall product pages often show an old date or none at all.
Staff have to open product pages one by one, check them against the 3PL warehouse list, then enter the dates. Once the SKU count grows, this is hard to sustain, and warehouse batch data drifts out of line with sales channel data.
Approach
Upload your current warehouse stock sheet and the system matches products to HKTVmall SKUs by Barcode, then lists the BBDs that need updating.
The system only reads the warehouse batch data and compares it with the HKTVmall product data from the latest sync in RAID; the page shows when that sync ran. Items that cannot be matched or have data issues are listed separately and are not suggested for update. Uploading, comparing and downloading the Excel file do not change HKTVmall data. Once you confirm, the system updates both the product's BBD field and the date in its title.

What RAID does
- Matches products to HKTVmall SKUs by Barcode (rule-based matching, not AI guesswork)
