Service description

RAID provides a multi-platform e-commerce management service that helps merchants manage products, inventory, orders and related operational data from a single workspace.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to use it for any illegal activity, infringement of others' rights, or interference with the normal operation of the system.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be free of interruption or error. Where maintenance, upgrades or force majeure cause a suspension, we will give advance notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RAID is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. The specific scope of liability will be set out in the final version.
