RAID stands for Result · AI · Data. Let AI handle the repetitive analysis while the team focuses on decisions: every AI suggestion can be traced, checked and edited.
AI product matching: how are products mapped across platforms?
Exact Barcode matching comes first, then AI title matching fills the gaps, linking each listing to its physical product. AI title matching is 91% accurate (an internal benchmark that depends on product data quality), and every match suggestion must be approved by a person before it is applied.
AI smart pricing: where does the suggested price come from?
The AI analyses your catalogue and, drawing on competitor prices, costs and sales volumes, proposes a suggested price for each SKU and flags 'pricing opportunities'. Merchants can set a minimum profit and, after reviewing, push prices to HKTVmall in one click; whether to change a price is the merchant's decision.
AI replenishment presets: how is the replenishment baseline set?
The AI learns from the merchant's replenishment habits over the past 6 months and recommends a replenishment baseline and multiplier, with a confidence level. It needs a record of at least 6 orders in the last 6 months; a new store without enough history starts from industry defaults, and the AI learns automatically as more restocks are placed.
AI Batch: how is product content handled in bulk?
AI Batch (AI Studio) can write new titles and descriptions for products in bulk (downloadable as an Excel file when finished), generate English translations, and optimise product images (white-background or lifestyle shots). It uses RAID COIN.
RAID AI Assistant: what can you ask it?
The RAID AI Assistant answers operations questions using your store's own RAID data (products, stock, orders and so on), and it only accesses data in your own workspace.
AI competitor matching: how much do competitor price cuts affect you?
Merchants choose their own competitors. The AI matches competitor products to yours and marks them 'pending confirmation', then uses your sales volumes to estimate how competitor price cuts affect your revenue; unmatched or out-of-stock SKUs are re-matched automatically on a schedule. RAID does not carry out large-scale scraping.
What the AI will not do
- No automatic price changes: the merchant reviews suggested prices and confirms them before they are pushed.
- No automatic orders: replenishment suggestions can be edited, and the merchant confirms order quantities.
- No automatic publishing: AI Batch content is written only to the RAID product master and is used once the team has checked it.
- No changes to data: the RAID AI Assistant only reads; it never changes any data.
- No automatic matching: AI product matches and competitor matches are both suggestions pending confirmation.
Why do AI suggestions need human confirmation?
AI output depends on the quality of the product data, and prices also have to fit the business's pricing policy, gross margins and platform strategy. With confirmation placed before execution, one mistake cannot affect a large number of products at once. RAID does not guarantee sales, gross margins or rankings.

How does RAID handle this?
RAID brings its six AI features into one operations workspace, connected to your product, price, stock and replenishment data. The AI analyses and drafts; the team checks and decides.
Key points
- RAID's AI covers product matching, suggested prices, replenishment presets, batch content, operations Q&A and competitor matching.
- The 91% figure for AI title matching is an internal benchmark that depends on product data quality.
- The AI never changes prices, places orders or publishes on its own; the RAID AI Assistant reads data but never changes it.
- AI suggests; the team signs off and acts.
